The Pennsylvania Kayak Fishing Association (PKFA) is a division of the Suskie Bassmasters (501c3). PKFA was originally founded in 2009 to organize and develop the sport of kayak fishing throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Suskie Bassmasters and PKFA were the first ever bass and kayak fishing clubs in the nation to merge and combine forces to promote productive and responsible angling within a region (January 1, 2014). The organization has members throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. Regularly scheduled meetings, meet-n-greet activities, tournaments, and charity events are conducted. PKFA forum and Facebook page participants are encouraged to join the Suskie Bassmasters ($20 annual membership, includes member tournament insurance), but membership is not mandatory.
