Members of the Pennsylvania Kayak Fishing Association met up at one of our favorite reservoirs in Central PA, to build fellowship and see who could come away with the biggest catch of the day. The lake is a popular destination for large pickerel (visit the PKFA Facebook page for more details or to join in on the next outing). The morning bite was not overly productive, but was consistent. By around 11:00am, the bite was a lot slower, so the participants called it a day and headed towards the shore. Most remained for a couple more hours to build friendships and make new ones.
